Our Team

Nichole Aiello is New York Center for Child Development's (NYCCD) Program Manager; she oversees the administrative, programmatic and financial functions of several government awarded and privately funded grant programs, including the operations and coordination of TTAC's scope of work. Nichole recognizes the importance of a child's early years and feels privileged to work with this initiative.

Prior to joining the team at NYCCD, Nichole previously served as a Staffing Coordinator for a New York City Early Intervention program. In this capacity Nichole ensured families received services and the appropriate therapists to work with their infant children, while supporting programmatic operations including the organization of annual fundraising events benefiting Autism Speaks.

Nichole holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from City University of New York, Hunter College
