New York City Perinatal and Early Childhood Mental Health Network (P+ECMHN)

The P+ECMHN  consists of five specialized mental health clinics that provide expert mental health services to pregnant and postpartum people, children under 5, and their families. It also offers training opportunities for professionals, through the P+ECMH Training and TA Center (TTAC).

The clinics:

  • Serve all five boroughs
  • Provide mental health treatment, using evidence-based and trauma-focused therapies, as well as family peer support
  • Offer short wait times for appointments
  • Provide culturally sensitive services in several languages
  • Accept Medicaid and other insurance and work with families to facilitate access
