Our Team
Goska serves as the Assistant Director for the Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC), where she leads the design and management of a three-year Clinical Fellowship Program, training graduate students in the clinical competencies needed to support families with young children and pregnant and postpartum individuals.
Goska earned her MSW from Fordham University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior to joining McSilver, she served as Director of Mental Health Services for an Early Childhood Therapeutic Day Treatment Program. She brings years of experience providing mental health care to children and families in community mental health settings and school-based clinic programs to her role with McSilver.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Goska is a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist and has advanced training in implementing trauma-informed practices in schools. She is deeply committed to expanding access to high quality mental health care for children and families and is passionate about strengthening systems of care through workforce development and training.
